I'm Ingrid H. Turner, Founder of The Bitch Syndicate and creator of Soulmatic Renewal, my powerful deconditioning and trauma work that this community is build around.
Through thousands of hours with clients one-on-one and in group settings, I proven again and again the potency, speed, and depth of this somatic work.
The women I work with experience profound shifts in the money they make, find themselves in safer and more loving relationships, moving into purpose-driven work that is both satisfying and impactful, becoming more present parents and tapping into their long dormant creativity.
I am a speaker, poet, and author of seven books, including Bitch: A Reclamation, What a Relief a Broken Heart Would Be, and Love You Madly, with my debut literary novel, A Mosaic of Desperately Wounded Parts, arriving in early 2027.
My poetry has been translated into Chinese and Hebrew, featured in the World Poetry Congress anthology (WPC-5) and Rendition of International Poetry Quarterly, and published in 30 features on Atunis Galaxy Poetry. I've also adapted my poems into blues and country songs with musician Mallory Trunnell of Crimson Calamity.
The Bitch Syndicate isn’t my first Soulmatic Renewal community, but it is the best and most potent iteration yet.

FAQ
Is this therapy
No. It's coaching and education, and it doesn't replace therapy or medical care.
What is the time commitment?
You will meet once a week with your Bitch Pod and once a month in our Deconditioning Lab with all Syndicate Members.
What if I can't attend sometimes?
We expect you to maintain an 80% or higher attendance rate for Bitch Pods and Deconditioning Labs. Your fellow bitches are depending on you every week, and we have found it is impossible to get the best results if you are not consistently present. The being said, we know life happens! If something comes up during your six month syndicate, contact Ingrid directly
Do I need to have worked with Ingrid before?
Nope! You can start here.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If you join The Bitch Syndicate, show up for all groups and labs, and actively participate in the community, if after 14 days you feel it is not for you, we will issue a full refund minus $250 for material fees. However, if you financed your Syndicate through one of our third party financing options, their refund policy applies.
